Dr. Oti graduated from the College of the Medicine University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is a trained Medical Doctor/Surgeon of over 32 postgraduate practice.

He is the General Overseer at Glory Cloud Tabernacle, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Dr. Oti is married with 4 children and serves on the Board of Citadel Opticals Limited.
